Frequently Asked Questions

How long in advance do I need to ?

The earliest, the better. A confirmed booking guarantees you the date you want. We take a 50% deposit when we confirm the booking and the remaining amount 7 days before the event date. Deposits are not refundable once the party is confirmed. In the event of cancellation due medical reasons or other reasons, we will try our best and accommodate your booking for a more suitable date.

How big does the room need to be?

The tent, mattress and breakfast tray measure approximately 1m wide  x 2.30m long once set up. We will set up the tents side by side or opposite to one another, depending on the room’s dimensions.

Why are the pillows not provided?

For two reasons, allergies and hygiene. We prefer kids to bring their own pillow and we provide you with the pillow cases. Please note we wash all bed linens after each party, so no need to worry about that

Where is Sleepover in Style available?

We are currently covering West and Central London, Berkshire and  Buckinghamshire. We are happy to travel further.

What ages are your sleepover parties for?

Our sleepover packages are designed for ages 6-15. We also have a daytime package designed for our smallest people for ages 4-6 called 'Little Sleepers'. Please email sleepoverinstyle@gmail.com to find out more.

Does Sleepover in Style charge for delivery?

Set up and collection costs are included for booking within 5 miles from our headquarters in High Wycombe. A fee will apply for bookings outside this radius, £1 per mile.

How long does Sleepover in Style need to set up the party?

It will take between 1.5h to 2 depending on the size of the party. We will discuss with you beforehand and agree on the best time. Please note that we normally collect the tents no later than 5pm on the day after the party. No need to dismantle the tents, we will do it for you.

Anything else I need to know?

We understand that kids will have a lot of fun and accidents happen. Minor damages are covered but for broken equipment a fee may be applied. We are fully insured.
